CUSTOM JEWELERY
Each custom jewelry item you order is HAND MADE in our Medina, OH Studio.

Once you place your order for a custom made design, order processing takes approximately 24 hours and design time takes approximately 1 week but could take up to two weeks. Shipping will automatically calculate as you purchase your items. Final shipping is based on the total of your order.

CUSTOM PHOTO ITEMS
Please allow approx 2 weeks from the date you send your picture to us to process your order. During busy times such as Mothers Day or Christmas, processing could take up to 3 weeks. Please plan ahead for these gift items. They are very special.

IN STOCK ITEMS
All orders that are NOT custom will ship within 3-4 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, our standard shipping rates do not apply. Please call to have your order handled personally.

RETURNS
At Macklyn Lane we would like your purchase to be stress free. Your purchase is not complete until you are satisfied. If you decide not to keep your merchandise you can return or exchange it to us within SEVEN (7) days of the ship date for a full refund. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
